NOCTA Glide in "Black/White"
Drake, as a prominent figure in the Nike family, has carved out his niche within the expanding realm of the Swoosh with his NOCTA line. This project has not only delivered collections centred around themes close to Drake's heart. Still, it has also introduced new silhouettes like the Hot Step Air Terra that seamlessly blend contemporary and retro aesthetics.
Building on the success of the Hot Step, the NOCTA Glide is positioned to lead the charge as the flagship design within the division.
The NOCTA Glide first caught attention when Drake sported them courtside last year, and later they were showcased in red and "Triple White" colourways in 2022. An up-close preview of the sneaker provides further insights into its intricacies. Drawing inspiration from the classic Zoom Flight 95, the NOCTA Glide adds a fourth pod to the silhouette while revamping the upper with more vital lines. In this "Black/White" rendition, the two hues play off each other, with a black mesh dominating the uppermost portion and a two-tone weave underneath. Completing the look, an icy translucent outsole pays homage to the shoe's basketball roots.
As of now, no specific release details have been shared regarding Drake's latest NOCTA silhouette. However, anticipate its arrival on shelves later this year through Nike SNKRS and select retailers.
