Gracing the electronic music scene with his beats that combine the sounds of urban hip-hop with up-town New York Jazz to traditional Indian music - British producer Simon Green who goes by his stage name Bonobo takes the spot for BYO’s mix of the week this week.
Green has gained a reputation as the most travelled artist by American events company, Songkick. It is clear what inspires him as you discover subtle souvenirs of culture hinted within his tracks. Since the turn of the millennium, Green aka Bonobo has stealthily risen up the ranks to take position as the biggest live and album act in dance music.
