The Spilt Milk line up was released this morning, and boy oh boy, was it a surprise. Whether you were waking up to the news on Triple J or saw the line-up pop up on social media, we’ll be sure your reaction when Childish Gambino were announced was one of pure shock and excitement.

Joining Gambino is a star studded list of some of BYO’s faves. You can expect to see The Wombats, RL Grime, YG, Peking Duk, Vera Blue, Hayden James, The Jungle Giants, Thundamentals, Methyl Ethel and Hatchie rocking our nation’s capital, and this is just half of the list … yeah, we know. Huge.

Spilt Milk is a wild card of a festival, coming onto the festival scene only three years ago, but it never fails to bring the biggest artists to its humble Commonwealth Park stage. Joining this line up of massive acts is a list of great food vendors such as Chur Burger, Bao Brothers, Dirty Bird Food Truck and Happy as Larry and visual artists like Faith Kerehona and JRB.

Pre-sale tickets go on sale 12pm on Tuesday, July 3, so make sure you sign up on the Spilt Milk website to get in first, as you just know this will sell out quick. General release tickets go on sale 12pm July 5 if you leave it to the last minute.
