Alex Kirkland, aka Kirklandd, is a young hip/hop artist from Australia’s capital city, Canberra. Studying Marketing at the Australian National University, the self-proclaimed poor student “rarely makes it to class”, filling in his time with sessions, monthly trips to Melbourne and making music.

Release of the Week 11/3: Kirklandd ‘Impulse’

Fresh from Canberra’s underappreciated music scene, Kirklandd has released ‘Impulse’, a dance ready track that blends electronica and hip-hop. The song itself, co-produced by Cam Bluff (Amy Shark, Allday) and Citizen Kay, was released back in February. However, the music video, filmed on location in Canberra, was released last Friday.
