N.HOOLYWOOD COMPILE Spring '25
N.HOOLYWOOD, the acclaimed Japanese fashion label, is poised to reveal its Spring 2025 collection under the COMPILE line. This line aims to redefine formal and dress wear into modern, effortlessly stylish clothing. This season, designer Daisuke Obana draws heavily from the postmodern movement of the early 1980s, finding inspiration in the geometric and minimalist creations of Swiss architect Mario Botta.
This collection is a sophisticated reinterpretation of postmodern architectural and interior design principles, seamlessly translated into innovative textiles and contemporary silhouettes. As N.HOOLYWOOD marks its 25th anniversary in 2025, the brand takes a nostalgic journey back to its origins, merging early-millennium influences with present-day aesthetics. The result is a collection that balances sharp, defined contours with a focus on comfort and wearability.
In an artistic collaboration with ULTRA STUDIO, an architectural design firm, N.HOOLYWOOD introduces textiles inspired by Scagliola—a meticulously crafted artificial marble made from gypsum. This collaboration also extends to the creation of a bespoke Scagliola chair, which will accompany the collection, emphasising the deep connection between fashion and architectural artistry. The collection’s colour palette features a refined selection of greys, blacks, shades of khaki, and earthy tones, evoking a sense of grounded elegance.
The N.HOOLYWOOD COMPILE Spring 2025 collection is now available on the brand’s official website and at select retailers. It offers a fresh perspective on the fusion of past and present in fashion.
