Sillage is a French brand founded by Nicolas Yuthanan Chalmeau that specializes in billowing silhouettes that come in one size and are crafted in limited quantities by master artisans in Japan. The brand draws inspiration from various cultures of the world, and recent collections have included Harris Tweed and Sashiko fabrics for the winter season and an innovative down line with subtle floral motifs.

For Spring Summer 2023, Sillage's collection is inspired by Nepal, with pieces such as Gurkha Pants and Shorts that feature a unique cummerbund-style waistband that can be folded downwards over the front of the trousers to create a relaxing silhouette for warmer weather. The collection also includes a versatile Henley Popover in ivory colorways and an organic chambray iteration.

Yuthanan's trip to Nepal last summer also inspired the collection's Nepal Souvenir Jacket Ecru, which features vintage trekking patches, as well as baggy military-inspired cargo pants and a ripstop coat inspired by the British "Mod" movement of the 1960s.
