Donald Glover, also known as Childish Gambino, has released a new six-track EP titled SWARM, which features original music inspired by the Amazon Prime Video series of the same name. The EP includes music from Ni’jah, the fictional in-show artist voiced by KIRBY, as well as previously unreleased music from Gambino himself.

Glover spoke about his collaboration with KIRBY, praising her versatile sound and songwriting abilities. He expressed his pleasure in collaborating with her to bring the story to life sonically. KIRBY, in turn, spoke about falling in love with the idea of becoming the Ni'jah character and having the freedom to write and sing without any rules.

SWARM, which is co-created and executive produced by Glover and Janine Nabers, stars Dominique Fishback, Damson Idris, Chloe Bailey, and others. The Prime Video series follows Fishback's character, Dre, an obsessed fan of the world's biggest pop star, on an unexpected cross-country journey.
