Japan’s Gram Cafe and their Fluffy Soufflé Pancakes are Finally Here in Sydney
Popular Japanese souffle-pancake chain Gram has opened in Chatswood. Gram Cafe is a famous spot and household name from Osaka, Japan known for its popular three-stack Premium Pancakes! Their fluffy soufflé-like pancakes come in different flavors. Plus, there are a few other brunch items on the menu, too, including french toast, savoury pancakes, parfaits and smoothies.
Their pancakes are deemed to be as soft as sponge, achieved by slow-cooked whisking on low heat, and adding syrup, margarine, and whipped cream as a final touch.
Though originally a limited number of the premium pancakes were to be cooked per day, the overwhelming popularity of the launch weekend pushed management to offer the cult-classic dish throughout the day.
Gram Cafe & Pancakes is open from 11am–10pm Monday to Sunday at shop 67, podium level, Chatswood Interchange, 436 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood.
