Yeah Nah Yeah Continues Curating The Fun
Sydney Arts Collective Yeah Nah Yeah are no strangers to throwing a shindig or two. The group have been hosting events that bring together music and art in safe spaces throughout Sydney for the last three years now, each one seemingly more impressive than the last. Each event looks to explore sound and colour with a string of some of Australia’s finest names in Music and Art as alumni including: Confidence Man, Moses Gunn Collective, The Ruminaters, Horatio, Luna, Struthless, Pot-ed, Triple One, Luen Jacobs, Lex Delux, Alex Stevenson, Violette Kirton, Carla Ziblar, Morus Quin and James Lesjak-Atton - just to name a few.
This year they have launched not one but two new events within Sydney - The Limbs Sessions: a night focused on exploring rhythm and movement in music with Sydney’s best tastemakers at the helm and Head in the Clouds: A sunset rooftop event which brings together beautiful scenery, lovely people and atmospheric music in one place.
To finish off the year they are going back to what they became established for and doing it better than ever. Yeah Nah Yeah Presents is bring Melbourne bass legend Henry Hicks (Horatio Luna) to the stage with his latest project - Lush Life. Joining them will be Sydney taste making sensation, Al Dente and new to the scene DJ duo Lumic. Resident Yeah Nah Yeah DJs, Diskey Dee and Dj Dives will also be jumping on the decks for this late night event in the heart of the Inner West and art throughout the space will be curated by art collective: YMO Projects.
It is sure to be another night of musical adventure and bliss.
