Tyler the Creator this week released his latest collaboration, this time with Japanese footwear label suicoke. The Japanese brand was fairly closed off to the world until recently. They started out creating hand-painted Russian dolls, When they met and decided to join forces with rubber manufacturers Vibram, the shoe label was born. As you might assume they are all about the fine details of their footwear. Tyler has had a busy year with collaborations with Lacoste to come and his album ‘Igor.’

This most recent collaboration between the two brings a summer sandal that is sure to stand out against the thousands of mainstream sandals on the market. Suicoke us their famous and original EVA footbed and outsole as well as neoprene backing on the branded nylon straps which read - GOLF. They come in light beige and light green. Both as striking as each other.

Previously the two worked together on the KAW-CAB which was a slip-on of extreme comfort and luxury. This shoe, the DEPA-CAB looks to explore a different style of sandal, one more focused on straps the slides. A more fitting sandal to walk in, that won’t come off as soon as you go beyond 3km/hr.

They came out on October 23, 2019 and go for around $220 AUD.
